Only images displayed in the print sales section of the
website, are for sale. The site will continually be updated with new
photographs for sale, but items outside of this domain (at the time of viewing)
cannot be bought.

By purchasing directly from the authorised store, the buyer
can be secure in that they are purchasing a genuine and authentic original,
(limited edition) fine art print, guaranteeing all descriptions and information
to be exact and correct. Buying anything presenting itself to be work by Thomas
Oxley Photography, from any other third party site, cannot claim to be
authentic, genuine and to the standard of work as requested by Thomas Oxley
Photography.

Sole copyright of the original artwork and the print are
retained by Thomas Oxley Photography. Thomas Oxley Photography provides a
limited licence to the owner of the print for their own display and enjoyment.
The owner of the print may not copy or display it in any other format other
than the print, without the express written permission of the artist. The owner
of the print may sell or gift the print to another party and the limited
licence and restrictions shall apply to such party. The buyer may not exploit
the print for any commercial purpose including public display, exploitation,
reproduction or syndication to third parties.

All contents of the domain remain copyright @Thomas Oxley,
and may not be reproduced, republished, transmitted, used for computer Ai
training, or distributed by any means, physically, or digitally including email
and by any other electronic means.

Thomas Oxley Photography is not responsible for any unforeseen
delays in postage.

The buyer recognises that Thomas Oxley Photography is not
responsible for verifying the authority of signature on delivery, when taking
receipt of the goods.

In the very unlikely event that the item arrives damaged in
transit, a replacement will be sent free of charge, provided photographs
showing the damage, within 7 days of receipt, are sent to Thomas Oxley
Photography.  

If the time period of 7 days passes before any communication of any sort with regards to the condition of the print, it will be assumed that the print has arrived in good condition and to the satisfaction of the buyer.

Thomas Oxley Photography will request the damaged print, and
all accompanying items such as certificate of Authenticity (COA) and insert,
must be returned in the same condition, to an address provided. Please contact info@tomoxley.com for further details.

Refunds for anything other than damaged products are at the
discretion of Thomas Oxley Photography.
